 Refund Policy

I ship UPS and all my prices include shipping, handling and insurance in the price.

There is a 3% refund fee for a cancelled orders unless it is worked out with me otherwise.

Items received damaged will be either replaced (if I have the item available) or the money returned AFTER there is a claim filed and accepted by either UPS or the USPS.

Once items have been received by the customer, they can be returned to us at your own expense and with insurance.  A refund of the price of the item (not including the shipping, handling and insurance) less 15% restocking fee will be processed.
